Curl2be.com is established in Denmark under the VAT number 41536160. It is located at Læderhatten 19, 5220 Odense SØ.

You can contact curl2be by email: curl2be@gmail.com. The sales and delivery conditions are applied to the purchase of goods from curl2be.com for delivery in the EU and Denmark.

Curl2be is open from Monday to Friday from 08 am to 05 pm, when we deal with purchases and shipping. You can make purchases out of our working hours. It may happen that sometimes the web shop is closed for maintenance. In this case, you cannot make any purchase.

You must be 18 years old and in possession of a valid payment card in order to shop at curl2be. In our webpage, you select the items you want to buy and put them in the shopping basket. You can always correct the contents before payment, and check the products and prices before or after the payment. Any extra payment for shipping will be calculated and showed right before payment.

When you are ready to order, click on “go to check-out”, where you enter your information, payment method and choose delivery method. There you can still change the contents of your shopping card. After that, however, your order is concluded and you can no longer change it.

In order for us to send you the products, you have to provide a correct address. If the address you provide cannot be confirmed, curl2be.com reserves the right to delay delivery and cancel the order. In this case, you will be notified if such a situation should arise, just as any payment or reservation made will be returned or cancelled.

As soon as you finalize the payment, you will receive the invoice for your purchase. You will also receive two emails: one confirming that curl2be.com have received your order, and another from GLS with information confirming that the order is on the way to your address and a tracking number. If you do not receive any of these emails, please contact us, so we can find out the issue. We guarantee that all the products offered in our webpage are in stock and are sent from our address in Denmark.

Curl2be sends your product as soon within 1-3 working days after we receive your order. We use GLS suppliers. The shipping cost depends on the weight of the order and it is stated in the purchase process.

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by curl2be adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
