Shipping Policy 

We send your order as soon as we can. If you place your order before midday on a working day, we should dispatch it on the same day. If you place it after 2pm, it will be sent in the next working day.

Right now, we send all our orders via GLS courier service. That means that when we send your order, you will receive an email/sms from GLS as soon as they register your order in their system. You will also receive a number, with which you can track your order. The shipping cost depends on the weight of the individual order and is stated in the purchase process.

You can choose to have the products delivered at a private address or at a GLS PakkeShop: price may vary in this case. You can also choose to pick up your order at Curl2be, in Odense, without having to pay for shipping.

Return & Exchange Policy

We offer you 14-days right to withdrawal. You just need to notify us that you regret the purchase and then return the product to us. The right of withdrawal starts from the day you receive the product you purchased. If the deadline expires on a public holiday or weekend, the deadline is extended to the following working day. Upon receiving the product, you may only handle it in a way that allows you to determine its nature, its properties and the way in which they work. There is not right of withdrawal after you use or damaged the product. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by unequivocal statement within 14 days of receiving the product. When returning a product, you must enclose a copy of the order confirmation or other documentation of your purchase. In addition, you must also enclose the email received from us confirming the returning of the product.

We expect you to send the product as soon as possible after you have given notice of cancellation via email, and you MUST send the product no later than 14 days after you have sent us the notice. You should then make sure that the product is securely packed.


You may lose your refund, in whole or in part, if:

  • you have actually used the product;

  • the product has been damaged while you were responsible for it;

  • you have handled the product in a way that make it impossible to determine its nature, properties and the way it works;

  • you have not complied with the restrictions on the right of withdrawal that results from sealing, product type, etc.;

When sending the product back to us, you are responsible for the product and the package until we receive it. Therefore, save the receipt, and the track and trace number of the shipping you send to us. 

If the product has lost value, you may only receive part of the refund back, which can be used in a future order with us. Lack of original packaging, for example, can constitute an impairment of value, so to be sure of being able to receive all the money back, it is recommend that the product is returned in original packaging. You must pay the cost of returning the item when you return it.

You will get a refund of the amount you paid to us at the time of purchase within 14 days from the day we receive the product back. We thus withhold the refund until we receive the product returned, unless you have previously provided documentation that you have returned it. The amount is always transferred to the bank account you informed us by email.

If there is something wrong with the product you bought, as for example, if the product is defective, you can either have your money back or an exchange of products. In this case, you have 24 months of warranty. In this case, we require that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not been the result of incorrect use of the product or other damaging behaviour. You must contact us and complain within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect in the product. We recommend that you complain as soon as possible and within 2 months after the error was discovered.   • a brief description of how the damage or defect occurred.

  • 2-3 pictures of the product together with the description;

The defect must be clearly visible on at least one of the images. In addition, make sure your photos show the product. Send the description and pictures via email to and state the order number the product was purchased or enclose a copy of the order confirmation/receipt. We sometimes offer discount codes as part of our marketing. These codes are only valid for a limited period of time and may be subject to special conditions. The codes may be limited, for example, to use only in connection with special products, categories or specific dates. Please, be aware of that! Any discount code you wish to use must be entered in the purchase process before you pay for the order. You cannot get credited a forgotten discount code after the order is placed. Only one discount code can be used per order. The discount codes have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, vouchers or the like. In case of fraud, attempt fraud or in case of suspicion of other illegal activities in connection with the redemption of discount codes, we are entitled to cancel the discount codes, to cancel the order on which the discount code has been used and to block your ability to shop on permanently.
